Data replication between the two regions ensures business continuity without client data ever leaving Swiss jurisdiction.
Lawyers, notaries, and trustees subject to Article 321 of the Swiss Criminal Code (SCC) can use our platforms without compromising professional privilege. Swiss hosting means data remains within the jurisdiction where Swiss courts enforce confidentiality obligations.
